Simulated Flight Check - Dual

 

Objective:
The student will perform a simulated flight test for his/her instructor. Cross-country planning, weight and balance, and the performance
data may be assigned before the date of this flight.

  1. Cross-country planning and navigation along with complete oral.
  2. Cockpit management.
  3. Instrument and VOR orientation.
  4. Cross-country diversion to an alternate.
  5. Slow flight.
  6. All procedure stalls.
  7. Spin awareness.
  8. Steep turns.
  9. Unusual attitudes.
10. Emergency landings.
11. S-turns.
12. Turns around a point.
13. Rectangular course.
14. Soft-field takeoffs and landings.
15. Short-field takeoffs and landings
16. Crosswing takeoffs and landings
17. Forward slips to landing.

Completion Standards:

Student performance should be well within the FAA Practical Test Standards.
